It drives the heat transfer medium (usually thermal oil or pure water) by pump from the tank with the built-in heater to the temperature-controlled jacketed reactor, and from the temperature-controlled jacketed equipment back to the heater tank. The high and low temperature control system adjusts the power of the heater or compressor and accurately adjusts the temperature of the hot fluid according to the temperature sensor PT100 measured by the temperature sensor PT100 or the internal temperature of the temperature control equipment, so as to achieve the temperature required by the temperature control equipment with an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
Advantages: heating and cooling circulator, adopting fully enclosed pipeline design, using plate heat exchanger, reducing the demand for heat transfer liquid, improving the heat utilization rate of the system, and achieving rapid rise and fall temperature. The thermal conductive medium is in a closed system, with an expansion vessel, the thermal conductive medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in the circulation, whether it is high temperature or low temperature, the expansion tank temperature is normal temperature to 60 degrees, which can reduce the risk of the thermal conductive medium absorbing moisture and volatilization during operation.
