Product Brief Description

This product is a ‌PP laboratory sink‌ made through high - density PP injection molding.

It boasts the following key features and advantages:

1. Material & Corrosion Resistance

Manufactured using high - density PP injection molding, it is highly resistant to corrosion, acids, alkalis, and organic substances (e.g., aqua regia). This ensures reliable performance in the face of chemical reagents, safeguarding laboratory operations.

2. Structure & Durability

The basin is stable, elastic, and tough, with excellent scratch resistance and aging resistance. It remains durable and maintains its shape over long - term use, minimizing wear and tear.

3. Dimensions & Adaptability

Available in multiple sizes (e.g.,  800×450×310, 550×450×310, 440×340×280, 440×340×180, ect), it can flexibly adapt to various laboratory scenarios and operational needs, fitting diverse experimental space layouts.

There are three colors of sinks available: black, white, and gray, with anti overflow function to choose from.

This product is specifically designed for laboratory use. With its corrosion - resistant, durable, and adaptable features, it serves as an ideal solution for water - related operations in chemical experiments, testing, and other lab tasks.

The installation methods of PP sinks are mainly divided into three categories: Above Counter Sink, In Counter Sink, and Under Counter Sink. The core difference lies in the relative position and installation logic between the sink edge and the countertop. The following is a detailed comparison:

The installation methods of PP sinks

1. Above Counter Sink

Features: The edge of the sink protrudes from the countertop, without the need for a hole on the countertop. It can be placed directly and installed using fasteners such as screws or adhesives.

Advantages: Easy installation, low load-bearing requirements for countertops; Visually, the edge of the sink is exposed, with a retro or layered style.

Applicable scenarios: kitchens/bathrooms with thin countertop materials (such as artificial stone, thin wooden boards) or those that pursue the design of "exposed sink edges".

2. In Counter Sink

Features: The edge of the sink is flush with the countertop, and holes need to be drilled on the countertop in advance (the hole size needs to be accurately matched with the sink). After installation, the edge of the sink seamlessly connects with the countertop.

Advantages: Visually integrated sink and countertop, with a simple and modern style; No need for additional clamp support, high flatness of the installation background surface.

Applicable scenarios: Pursuing a minimalist style without borders, and ensuring stable load-bearing capacity of countertops (such as marble or thick artificial stone).

3. Under Counter Sink

Features: The edge of the sink should be recessed by 5-10mm from the countertop, and a hole should be opened and fixed with a "clamp plate" (gray layer in the picture). After installation, the sink should be fully embedded under the countertop.

Advantages: Visually, the sink is hidden under the countertop, with high cleanliness; Low load-bearing requirements for countertops, suitable for thin countertops or designs that pursue "no exposed edges of sinks".

Applicable scenarios: Thin countertops (such as quartz stone, thin wooden boards) or minimalist style scenes that pursue "seamless connection of countertops".
