How to install and use stainless steel atomic absorption hood

1. Product Overview

Atomic absorption cover (stainless steel)

Material characteristics: 304 stainless steel, high temperature resistance (≤300°C), mechanical impact resistance.

Features: Fixed installation, directly covering the exhaust port above the instrument, suitable for high concentration, high temperature gas emissions.

Applicable scenarios: chemical reactors, high-temperature instruments and other fixed-point high-strength exhaust requirements.

2. Installation and use instructions

2.1. Installation requirements

It is fixed vertically 10-15cm directly above the instrument, aligned with the exhaust port, and connected to the hard exhaust duct through the flange.

Leak testing is required after installation to prevent gas leakage.

2.2. Operational specifications

Atomic absorption cover: It is strictly forbidden to adjust the installation height or coverage area without authorization to avoid the backflow of high-temperature gases.

3. Maintenance and maintenance

3.1. Daily maintenance

Cleaning requirements: Clean the inner wall with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol every month to remove the attached residue.

Inspection items: Dust accumulation in the pipes: clean the ventilation ducts every six months to ensure that the air volume ≥ 0.5m/s

3.2. Regular maintenance

Stainless steel filter: 1-2 years (shortened to 6 months in high-temperature environments)

4.1 Prohibited behaviors: It is forbidden to cover flammable and explosive gas emission sources, and heat-insulated warning signs must be set up in high-temperature areas of stainless steel.

4.2 If you notice a decrease in pumping efficiency or odor leakage, turn off the appliance immediately and contact a technician
